Our summer Tournament of Fun has brought speedlang competitions, movies, and guest speakers like Professors Daniel Everett and Christiane Fellbaum to hundreds of teenagers across the globe. Now, it’s back!

The 2024 LingLeague Tournament of Fun will run from June 15 to 22, including:

• The return of our much-loved Linguistics Bowl trivia quiz

• Conlanging panel featuring Mark Rosenfelder (author of The Language Construction Kit) and Carl Buck (co-creator of the Sangheili language from Halo)

• A virtual scavenger hunt to find linguistic features in your own neighbourhood

• A multi-day speedlang competition

• Many opportunities to socialise, over linguistics-themed movies and otherwise
